Roller Press die cutters are available in three sizes (60"x90", 80"x115" - pictured and 105"x144") This Roller Press Die Cutter is easy to operate and requires almost no set-up time, usually 2 minute or less. This highly accurate Die Cutting machine allows you to die cut all corrugated flutes including: 1500# triple wall: Plus, solid fiber, solid plastics, corrugated plastics, upholstery, rubber, cork, leather, laminated foam to corrugated or solid fiber, foams up to 1" thick, foam core, carpet, large p.o.p. displays, and it will slit score as well. This Die Cutter cuts cleanly, accurately and quickly every time.

Easy to understand controls permits the operator to make adjustments to any rule height from 1/2" to 4" , in seconds. The manual/automatic selector switch gives the opportunity to run one cycle or continuously. The time delay between cycles in the automatic mode is controlled by the timers. These independent timers can each be dialed from 0 to 30 seconds delay for efficient loading and unloading of material.
The top cutting cylinder is a specially compounded urethane that will accept straight, serrated, or any other rule, with little or no die wear. This Die Cutter runs up to 900 impressions per hour (depending on blank size) to get your orders done fast and efficiently.
