| I also met 2 of the "Magnificent four" at Oshkosh 02, also known as "The Ohio Boys", Denny Cox and Joe Maynard. These two and Jimmy Lee, teamed up to help Randy Maynard build the first Legal Eagle to fly after Leonard's. They sent a video tape to rally others to keep building. I look at it often to garner inspiration. It is a prime example of the breed. This is a 5 MB file, but worth the wait. |

I recently met Steve Kiblinger at Oshkosh '02. We have become good friends over the internet, and have exchanged ideas about Ultralight building for the last 2 years. He got off the ground in May of this year and threatens to fly his plane all the way from San Diego CA. to Oshkosh next year. Since I still don't have my engine running, I thought it would be cool to let people see and hear one of these neat little engines.
