The police report for the theft that occurred when the magnetic sign was stolen off the drivers’ side rear panel of my pick-up truck while it was parked outside the Boone County Planning Commission building the morning of January 20, 2004.

The police report for the theft of that occurred when the remaining sign was stolen off the tailgate of my pick-up truck while it was parked on Ms. Keiper’s private property the morning of January 21, 2004.

Following the theft of the first sign on January 20, 2004, I left the Boone County Sheriff’s Department and had four additional signs made. Ms. Keiper’s attorney requested that the sign not be posted due the fact that she thought this case could still be settled, and she did not want to inflame the situation and make it more conducive to possible “good faith” discussions. What we have learned following the mediation that took place on August 31, 2004, is Finke doesn’t have a clue as to what “good faith” means.

Following the event that transpired on September, 14, 2004, when someone parked a piece of junk in front of Ms. Keiper’s house in the spot where I was parking my pick-up truck with a sign on it that read “I (heart) my Finke Home”, the additional signs that were sitting in the garage were placed back on the truck. They will remain there until the arbitrator rules on the matter.
