The above captured image is off Finke Homes, Inc. website where they display the Better Business Bureau logo. However, according to the Better Business Bureau Finke Homes, Inc. is NOT a member of the BBB. What’s up with that? The captured image below is taken from the BBB website after an inquiry into Finke Homes.

This is just another example of Finke Homes, Inc. deceptive business practices.

I forwarded a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding Finke Homes, Inc. illegal posting of their trademark and continued pattern of false & deceptive advertisement. From the complaint I wrote:

“Finke Homes, Inc. displays the Better Business Bureau trademark on its website www.finkehomesinc.com. A check of this company reveals that they are not a member of the organization. A call to the Cincinnati office of the Better Business Bureau confirms Finke Homes, Inc. is not allowed the use of this trademark. The representative indicated that the BBB would contact the company to have the trademark removed for the website. However, I want to formally make this complaint to document that act of false and deceptive advertisement of their website. This is for the purpose of documentation of this fact to support any claims I make extend in the present and future regarding their illegal and unethical business practices which is prevalent.”

As a settlement I wrote that I would accept:

“An acknowledgement on their website indicating that Finke Homes, Inc illegally used the Better Business Bureau trademark in violation of the law and admit they engaged in false & deceptive advertisement.”
