| Explain Your Problem: (Please limit your complaint to 2000 characters.): | (Product Name: Company website false advertisment & trademark infringment) Finke Homes, Inc. displays the Better Business Bureau trademark on its website www.finkehomesinc.com. A check of this company reveals that they are not a member of the organization. A call to the Cincinnati office of the Better Business Bureau confirms Finke Homes, Inc. is not allowed the use of this trademark. The representative indicated that the BBB would contact the company to have the trademark removed for the website. However, I want to formally make this complaint to document that act of false and deceptive advertisement of their website. This is for the purpose of documentation of this fact to support any claims I make extend in the present and future regarding their illegal and unethical business practices which is prevalent.
