To
create a figure in a dynamic static pose or to create a figure that is
posed casually and more poseable, that is the question. For better
or worse, Barriss is crafted in a dynamic static pose. The figure
looks incredible when set up on her base. However, try and use this
figure in a diorama outside of the arena and your in trouble. I must
commend the sculptor who made this figure, the head sculpt, body sculpt,
and base are all outstanding. I just hope Hasbro makes another
figure of Miss Offee in a more casual style. Heck, I hope Hasbro
make 5 versions of Barriss in different poses. You now I'd get them. |
Not only was ol' Barriss
Offee on Adamwan's "top 10 most
wanted" list, she is also one arse kicking Jedi Padawan to Luminara
Undili
in AoTC and beyond that the actress that portrayed her was one great
gal (the Wan & I met her at celebration 2). If those aren't reasons
enough to become a fan-boy's plastic dream, then what about these: pile
of battle droids - dioramic base, magnetic force right-hand action,
tribal facial tattoos (executed to the T), realistic sculpted flowing
capes/garments, & up-heaving breasts, what a fantastic figure. I
typically don't like the "action/ready for battle" pose, but
this figure
is an exception. This figure is fantastic in every way with the only
holdback being the limited articulation. figs like this one that
make me love HASBRO. Keep up the good work guys!
