If you are experiencing a problem, please email us at the address below and we will have someone contact you within 2 working days to schedule a time to research your problem. Insight is authorized to check the signal going into the building ONLY. Therefore if it is determined the cable TV signal is fine at that point, you will need to contact your school maintenance department to research the problem within your school. A technician will notify you of the results.
