Much in a Name
 

Names meant much in Bible times. "Thou shalt call his name JESUS," Joseph was told in a dream, "for he shall save his people from their sins" (Matthew 1:21). Eve called her firstborn son Cain, and said, "I have gotten a man from the Lord (Genesis 4:1). Below are 10 instances of sons being named for special reasons.
