Had to cut this hole to install 2X12's to hang porch swing
The hot tub I rebuilt. Totally reinsulated it. We have gotten a new cover for it as well... (old cover shown)

Put a new suspension, fenders, lights, wiring, and painted up Dad's trailer
Built this club house for Renel. Complete with R19 insulation in roof, with R10 in sidewalls. It also has air conditioning, heat, and cable TV.
Clubhouse even has sun light
