I am frequently asked about Acupuncture and if it hurts. My answer is "If I use needles, it rarely hurts...and I rarely use needles." Deep massage therapy hurts more than acupuncture needles! Acupuncture is a principle, not a technique. Acupuncturists are trained to stimulate acupuncture points non-invasively in many ways. So don't worry, if you are afraied of needles, you can still enjoy the benefits of Acupuncture! I work hard for my clients, using stretches and deep massage work, and only require an average of 3-6 sessions to help most of my clients dramatically improve their quality of life, and help them correct many of their health concerns. Herbs are used only when indicated. Many times only 1 or 2 visits are needed! Serious, chronic, and long standing health concerns obviously require more visits and ongoing maintenance. The premise of Natural therapies is to reduce stress, improve diet and exercise habits, use massage and yoga techniques regularly, and improve immune function with herbs and nutrients. These eliminate the major causes of disease and death, simply and naturally and allows the body to do what it does best. Naturopathy is the natural way to regain your life and learn to be free from pain. Using only natural methods. The only thing I ask in return is word of mouth advertising.
