The creation of these plans is based entirely upon the jurisdiction in which the cemetery is located. All states have their own licensing requirements for professionals, and each local governmental body may have supplemental requirements, as well.
Matherly Cemetery Planning will research the requirements of your state and local governments and develop a team of professionals that will meet the licensing statutes of that state. Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects are all licensed professionals and will be used, as-needed, on your project. We ask our clients to recommend professionals with whom they may have a working relationship with, or otherwise inform us of local professionals that know your locale and have experience working with the local authorities. We coordinate all efforts of these professionals to relieve our clients from the responsibility of working with a multitude of companies. It is our goal to make the development process as easy as possible for our clients.
Should the client wish to have others develop the construction plans, landscape plans, and other documents, we will gladly provide a digital file of all approved work to the client for use by others.
Our product is planned using AutoCAD Release 2006, with SurvCAD coordinate geometry and SurvCAD GIS software. This product can be used by virtually all professionals in the United States and significantly reduces their time and cost on a project, thereby saving our clients time and money.
