REGULATORY AGENCY APPROVALS

Jurisdictions vary in requirements for cemeteries.  In some instances there may be no local approvals required.  However, some states and counties have detailed statutes governing cemeteries.  We can research the laws and regulations for any government codes that impact your cemetery.

We are also available to represent the cemetery owner at agency meetings or public hearings, as well as to assist the client's attorney.
