The Jezreel Valley (looking east from Megiddo) forms the border between Galilee and Samaria, where Jesus healed the 10 lepers. Its fertility is obvious from the green fields. Nazareth is on a bluff in the left side of the picture; Mt. Tabor (the story of Deborah) is the rounded mountain on the left, and Mt. Gilboa (where King Saul died) is the mountain in the center.
