The funeral of Nathan THOMPSON, an old resident, was held here Friday afternoon. For several years he made his home with his daughter, Martha [THOMPSON], in Aurora. Recently he fell and was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries and his body was brought here Friday noon. Besides the daughter, he leaves three sons, Schuyler [THOMPSON], Fred [THOMPSON] and Isaac [THOMPSON], and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. - - - POPLAR GROVE ITEMS.
