Recipe of the Month


The Best Chicken Salad

( for Lyn)


4 - 1/2" thick slices deli chicken
10 oz. can sliced chestnuts
1 lb. seedless green grapes
1 C. chopped celery
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. soy sauce
1/3 t. curry
Mix all ingredients. Add enough Hellman's mayo to moisten. Refrigerate until cold.
