History about the business.


Open around 1948 in Springfield, IL. by Bob Waldmyer Sr. (now gone). Years later, they moved next door where the 'Lincoln Motel Court' was. Today a Walgreens sit on the old site of the old DQ and Cozy Dog. Cozy Dog got there share of the money and moved next door and DQ closed for good and didn't relocate. Please stop by the new Cozy Dog Drive-In to look at all there '66' things.

Today you can relife the old days at the new builting. They have a nice '66 Cozy' mueseum. They have a nice gift shop in one corner of the place. You can buy lots of cool gifts, and say 'I've been there and had a great time.'

Bob Evans (Springfield, IL. area). Springfield has two locations; Prairie Crossing and Stevenson Drive are new to this web site. They have many great meals to chose from. Prices do vary. They offer kid packs while they wait for their meal. They also offer meal deals for those who are 50 and over! Sounds great right? Sure it does, bring in the crowd and enjoy some good home cook'n. This ad is for Bob Evans Unit #372. They are located off of Veterans Parkway (Prairie Crossing). You can't miss it, take exit #93 (Chatham/Springfield).
