When connoisseurs uncork the bottles
Of souls that need a time to
breathe
Remember well, and know the difference:
Grapes age not days, but seconds.
Hold fast to cherished life's champagne
And do not let libations stale!
Drink not in gulps that lose sweet flavor
But sip, thy wine is red and rare.
